Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through marlohealth.com ("the Store"), operated by Marlo Health Ltd (company number 17145430), registered at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service (https://www.marlohealth.com/policies/terms-of-service) and Refund Policy (https://www.marlohealth.com/policies/refund-policy).

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the UK and are interested in our products, please contact us at hello@marlohealth.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request in the future.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum order values or hidden delivery charges.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are dispatched the next working day after they are placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday).

Delivery is via Royal Mail and typically takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to check the status of your delivery directly through the Royal Mail website.

If you have not received tracking information within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at hello@marlohealth.com and we will look into it for you.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders ship on a rolling schedule based on your original sign-up date. For example, if your first order was placed on the 10th of the month, your next subscription order will be dispatched around the same date the following month.

You will receive an email notification before each subscription order is dispatched. You can manage your subscription, including updating your delivery address, skipping an order, or changing your delivery frequency, through your account on marlohealth.com or by contacting us at hello@marlohealth.com.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@marlohealth.com. We will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please refer to our Refund Policy (https://www.marlohealth.com/policies/refund-policy) for full details.

INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at hello@marlohealth.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the details before dispatch.
