Questions?
-
How much can I earn?
£10 for every new subscriber you bring in, with no cap. After 10 sales you move up to Rising at £12 a sale, after 20 to Top performer at £15, and after 50 to Elite at £20.
-
What do my followers get?
Up to 46% off their first subscription order with your code or link: an extra 10% off, on top of the plan’s first-order saving, so 46% off the full price on the 12-week plan. The offer is for new customers on their first order.
-
What counts as a sale?
A new customer’s first subscription order, placed with your code or link. Renewals, returning customers, orders from you or your household, and cancelled or refunded orders don’t count.
-
How and when do I get paid?
Each sale is confirmed once our 35-day refund window has passed. Confirmed commission is paid monthly by PayPal or bank transfer, in pounds, once you’ve earned £20. Anything under £20 rolls over to the next month.
-
Do I need a big following?
No. We care more about honest content and a real connection with your community than follower numbers.
-
Can I join from outside the UK?
Not yet. For now the programme is open to UK-based creators with a UK audience.
-
What can I say about MD1™?
Talk about what you’ve genuinely seen in your own dog, as vividly as you like. That’s what your followers trust. MD1™ is a food supplement, not a medicine, so the one line we can’t cross is saying it treats, cures or prevents a health problem. For example:
Say “His poos went from soft to picture-perfect in about four days”, not “It cured his diarrhoea”.
Say “She’s been bouncing round like a puppy all week”, not “It’s given him his mobility back”.
Say “Green-lipped mussel, glucosamine and chondroitin, all in one scoop”, not “It’s helped his arthritis”.
Say “She licked the bowl clean, and she never does that with tablets”, not “Every dog loves it”.
Say “up to 46% off your first subscription order with my code”, not “46% off everything”.
Never name a medical condition or call MD1™ vet-approved. There’s a fuller guide in our creator terms, and if you’re unsure, email creators@marlohealth.com before you post.
-
Where can I share my code?
Anywhere your community is: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, your blog or newsletter. Please don’t post it on voucher or deal sites, or run search ads on the Marlo name.
-
Do I need to label my posts?
Yes. Start every post with #ad or use the platform’s paid partnership label, and say it out loud in videos. UK advertising rules apply to affiliate posts, even when you bought the product yourself.
-
How do I log in?
Log in to your creator dashboard at creators.marlohealth.com to find your code and link, and to see your sales and earnings.
-
Where are the full terms?
You’ll find them in our creator programme terms. By applying, you agree to them.
