Cancellation policy
OVERVIEW
Some products in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service (https://www.marlohealth.com/policies/terms-of-service) and Refund Policy (https://www.marlohealth.com/policies/refund-policy).
SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout (e.g. every 30 days). Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery cycle, unless you have chosen a prepaid option.
Prepaid subscriptions. If you purchase a prepaid subscription, you will be charged for the full prepaid period at checkout. At the end of the prepaid period, your subscription will automatically convert to a standard recurring subscription unless you cancel before the conversion date.
Cancelling or changing your subscription. You can cancel, pause, skip, or change your subscription at any time. You can do this by logging into your account at marlohealth.com and managing your subscription from there. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@marlohealth.com. Your order confirmation emails also contain links to manage your subscription.
When cancellation takes effect. If you cancel your subscription, it will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive any orders that have already been paid for or dispatched. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period after your order has been dispatched, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Prepaid cancellations. If you cancel a prepaid subscription before all orders have been shipped, we will refund you for the remaining unshipped orders. Orders that have already been dispatched are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
PRE-ORDERS
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet available for immediate dispatch. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout. Where a deposit or no payment is collected, your payment method will be stored securely and the full or remaining amount will be charged when the product is ready to ship.
Cancelling a pre-order. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@marlohealth.com. If you paid in full or made a deposit at checkout, we will issue a full refund upon cancellation.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it is subject to the same return and refund terms as any other order. Please see our Refund Policy (https://www.marlohealth.com/policies/refund-policy) for full details.
