Who can refer a friend?
Anyone 18 or over in the UK who has placed a paid order with us. You get your own link and code automatically after your first order, so there’s nothing to sign up for.

What does my friend get?
An extra 10% off their first MD1™ subscription order with your link or code, on top of the plan’s first-order saving: up to 46% off the full price on the 90-day plan. It’s for people who have never ordered from Marlo before, and it can’t be combined with another discount code.

When do I get my reward?
When your friend’s subscription renews for the first time and that payment goes through. That’s about a month after their first order on a monthly plan, or 90 days on the 90-day plan. We’ll email you when they join, and again when your reward is ready to open.

How are rewards chosen?
Each reward is drawn at random when the referral counts: £10 off your next box (94 in 100), £25 off your next box (5 in 100) or £200 cash (1 in 100). Every draw is separate, so your chances are the same each time. Opening your reward just shows you what you’ve won, and rewards don’t expire.

How do I use my reward?
If you subscribe, it comes off your next box automatically as soon as you open your reward. If you have more than one subscription, it goes on the one that renews first. If you don’t subscribe, it’s added to your Marlo account as store credit: sign in at checkout on marlohealth.com to use it. Your credit doesn’t expire.

How is the £200 paid?
Through our payouts partner, Tremendous, which lets you choose how to receive it, for example by bank transfer. We’ll email you within 30 days of you opening your reward, and we may ask you to confirm a few details first.

At the top of this page when you’re signed in, on the Refer a friend page in your account, and in the emails we send after your first order.

Will I know who my friend is?
No. We’ll tell you when a friend joins and how close your reward is, but never who they are or what they ordered.

How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like. There’s no limit right now, and if we ever introduce one, we’ll add it to the terms before it applies to you. Referrals are for people you know: you can’t refer yourself or someone at your address, or share your link on voucher sites or in paid ads.
